Returns & Refund Policy
At Estilo Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within the following timeframes:
- Refunds: Within 14 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges: Within 30 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, please allow:
- 2–5 working days for inspection and processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different size or colour), please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re sorry if you’ve received an item that is not in perfect condition.

- Product name and code
- Clear images of the fault
- Description of the issue

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after the allowed return period
