Delivery & Shipping Information

At Estilo Clothing, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at an affordable cost.

Delivery Costs

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

  • £2.99 for orders under £75
  • Free delivery on orders over £75

All prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery offers at any time.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Parcel Force registered delivery.

  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday
  • Delivery hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Please note: We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.

Order Tracking

Yes, you can track your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking details.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery
  • Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times

If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee of £2.99 may apply.

Missing Items

In some cases, items may be shipped separately. Your dispatch note will confirm which items have been sent.

If your dispatch note shows an item that you have not received, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product code of the missing item

Faulty Items

We aim to ensure all our customers receive high-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
